 ALL APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE AND PERFORM THIS JOB IN LOGAN, UT* We are looking for talented call center survey agents to perform outbound surveys from home with respondents and accurately record their answers. These surveys range in topics from politics to customer satisfaction and beyond. The opinions you collect, and record are sent to our clients to help them make more informed business... decisions. No sales or collections involved! Come Join Our Team  Base wage of $13/hr with the opportunity to be promoted up to $14/hr.  Flexible part-time schedules within company operating hours  Ability to work hybrid-remote in our office at 80 W Golf Course Rd in Logan, UTand from home  We will train the right candidate  Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Job Requirements  Must be 18 years or older  Ability to read and speak clearly  Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner  Must be available to work within operating hours (~20 hrs/wk):  The hours of operation for this call center are as follows: Monday - Friday: 3PM MST - 10PM MST Saturday: 10AM MST - 5PM MST Sunday: 1PM MST - 7PM MST  Ability to listen and comprehend respondent answers and accurately and efficiently type answers into the Company's survey software platform  Typing speed of 30 wpm while maintaining accuracy is preferred  Ability to sit and type for majority of shift  Ability to provide own equipment (laptop, headset, webcam etc.)if working from home  Have a dedicated, quiet working space that is free of distractions to conduct businessif working from home Equipment Requirement (if working from home) Our system uses several different software technologies that are best accessed through a browser on a laptop or desktop computer. Below are the other technical requirements for this position:  Windows machine running Windows 10+ OR Mac computer running a recent version of MAC OS  NO Chromebooks - these are not compatible with our systems  8 GB of RAM  Quad Core Processor  Most recently updated version of Chrome browser  Ability to download software to the computer  A personal email address capable of receiving files  10 Mbps download internet access speed  Direct plug-in wired access to the data connection  Direct plug-in access for power for computer or laptop  USB or WIRED headset with mic (No Bluetooth)  Working webcam  Smart phone capable of downloading apps and receiving incoming messages via data or Wi-Fi connection Join the Dynata team today!
