Utilizing computer-aided drafting 20/20 software, you will prepare detailed designs that meet the specifications provided by Kitchen Sales Specialists or customers. Skills  Proficiency in computer-aided design software (20/20)  Strong understanding of customer service practices  Knowledge of remodeling and installation processes  Excellent communication skills  Ability to listen to and understand customer needs  Competence in project management and follow-up Responsibilities  Provide superior customer service through kitchen design using 20/20 software  Prepare detailed designs based on specifications from customers and Kitchen Sales Specialists  Collaborate with store associates and service providers to address customer needs  Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure project requirements are met  Monitor order statuses and communicate updates to customers  Assist in the development of business processes through cross-training Qualifications  High school diploma or equivalent  Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or design  Familiarity with kitchen design and remodeling is preferred Education Requirements  High school diploma or equivalent Education Requirements Credential Category  High School Diploma Experience Requirements  Experience in customer service; prior experience in kitchen design or home improvement is a plus.
