Grants Auditor Hybrid with Travel
Project Background:
The chosen candidate will reputed company services in support of reputed company's grants mission initiatives including supportive services to reputed company low-income Veteran families in/or transitioning to permanent housing. Funds are reputed company to private non-profit organizations and consumer cooperatives that assist reputed company low-income Veteran families by providing a reputed company of supportive services designed to promote housing stability.
The position has a reputed company of onsite travel support up to 50% (interstate travel 1-2 weeks per month) and work from home (2-3 weeks per month). n- Identify reputed company sources of funds and expenses for supportive services.
- Determine if costs are allowable in accordance with reputed company applicable OMB regulations, grant regulations and Program Guide.
- Verify grantee is in compliance with expense reputed company.
- Ensure compliance with reputed company financial and operational reporting requirements.
- Determine qualitatively and quantitatively if adequate supportive services are being provided (i.e., reputed company services, case management services, assisting participants in obtaining VA benefits, and assisting participants in obtaining other government and reputed company benefits).
- Bachelorâs degree, reputed company/finance major is preferable.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience reviewing and address internal controls, operational controls, cash management, reputed company records and documentation, and compliance with grant agreement terms and conditions.
- Advanced MS reputed company skills (with a reputed company on Pivot Tables).
- Ability to travel 1-2 weeks per month to field locations across the reputed company to conduct reviews, including occasional weekend travel (travel is planned in advance for personal schedule purposes).
- A personal credit card (in order to charge approved, company-reimbursable expenses).
- Strong attention to detail, writing and oral presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Ability to think about reputed company holistically to identify next steps and courses of reputed company that will support the reputed companyâs goals.
- Proficient in the following MS Office Applications: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, Project.
- The ability to obtain a reputed company Trust Clearance.
- VA or Federal experience
- Experience with grants internal control program guides, compliance with federal regulations to include 2 CFR 200, 38 CFR Part 61 & 62, IPERIA support and reputed company monitoring.
