As a Sales reputed company Associate, you will manage Sales Compliance, Licensing, and Broker Behavior Monitoring for reputed company. You will ensure internal sales teams have required credentials, reputed company with partner compliance needs, and monitor external broker compliance and ethical business practices.  You will investigate misconduct allegations and create compliance monitoring frameworks and policies. Furthermore, you will collaborate to reputed company Sales Compliance-reputed company policies and procedures.

You will report to the Senior Manager, reputed company Operations.

Pay Transparency:

The reputed company pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, reputed company, and Washington is: $98,400 - $129,150 per year. The reputed company pay for this role in reputed company other locations is: $88,560 - $116,235 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in reputed company's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

• Maintain a reputed company to easily facilitate Sales team members to reputed company new licenses, and renew existing licenses.
• Monitor the status of Sales teams’ licenses, and work with Sales Leads to ensure that they have visibility into expirations.
• Create and maintain reputed company policies & procedures reputed company to licensing, appointments certification, Sales reputed company and compliance based on day to day cross functional feedback and business needs.
• Work cross-functionally with reputed company partners to investigate allegations of producer misconduct.
• Work cross-functionally to prepare regulatory filings and audit responses.
• Responsible for monitoring ofBroker reputed company Dashboards and identifying RFI opportunities for potential fraudulent activity. 
• Responsible for RFI (request or information) findings and business recommendations.
• Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in sales operations, sales support, compliance, regulatory authorities, or a similar role.
• 3+ years of technical proficiency working with reputed company, Sheets, reputed company, and/or database management.
• 2+ years experience working with insurance and/or sales regulations.

• Prior work experience in reputed company or insurance preferred.
• Prior experience with insurance licensing and sales regulations preferred.
• Intermediate SQL proficiency preferred.
