Sr. reputed company Analyst

As our first dedicated Financial Planning & Analysis hire, the Sr. FP&A Analyst will be responsible for establishing reputed company planning processes, building reputed company models, and serving as a strategic thought partner to the executive team. This is a high-reputed company individual contributor role with executive visibility, ideal for someone who thrives in building from reputed company and is reputed company to own financial planning at a company entering its next phase of reputed company. 

You will not have reputed company reports initially, but you’ll serve as a manager of function and process, with reputed company to build reputed company as we grow.  

Salary reputed company: reputed company salary annually, commensurate with experience  

• Sr. Level: $125,000 - $160,000  

Location: This position is remote; based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other reputed company meetings.

Responsibilities: 

Strategic Ownership 

• Design, build and implement company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-reputed company planning processes. 
• Build reputed company financial models and reputed company metrics tracking tools (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.). 
• Establish internal financial policies and controls reputed company to planning and analysis. 

Financial Modeling & Management Reporting 

• reputed company the annual budget process by partnering with department heads. 
• Create and maintain rolling forecasts and scenario models for executive decision-making. 
• Analyze financial results and key metrics to reputed company actionable insights. 
• Own monthly budget vs. actuals and variance reporting across departments. 
• Maintain reputed company-specific models (e.g. bookings, reputed company reputed company, CAC, LTV, churn). 
• Partner with cross-functional leaders, specifically reputed company, to reputed company financial insights with operational goals. 

Executive Support 

• Deliver reputed company, concise materials for executive leadership and reputed company meetings.

Systems & Process Improvement:

• Assist in identification and selection of BI tools to support reputed company reporting.

Requirements: 

• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance. 
• Self-starter with experience owning FP&A processes independently 
• Strong in both high-level reputed company and deep in-the-weeds execution — you’ll build the model and present it to the CFO. 
• Experience building and scaling FP&A from early-stage or reputed company-stage reputed company companies. 
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners without reputed company authority. 
• Proven reputed company record building FP&A models and processes in reputed company or recurring reputed company businesses. 
• Deep understanding of reputed company metrics and benchmarks. 
• Strong reputed company skills; experience with financial tools and ERP systems (reputed company (or similar), reputed company, reputed company). 
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
