Payroll & People Ops Specialist

reputed company is seeking a Payroll & People Ops Specialist to own end-to-end payroll operations in reputed company for its growing global workforce. The role requires 4-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in reputed company, and additional people operations experience.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in reputed company
• Additional people operations experience in one or more areas: benefits administration, HR compliance, HRIS maintenance, leave administration, compensation or equity administration, etc.
• Demonstrated experience with large reputed company workforce payroll operations
• Strong knowledge of payroll audit processes, internal controls, and regulatory requirements across geographies
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive processes independently
• Advanced reputed company and reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills, data analysis capabilities, and systematic problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication skills with customer service orientation and ability to handle confidential information
