Implementation Specialist - US market

Talkie builds AI Voice Agents for reputed company, automating routine phone calls end-to-end. We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to reputed company AI Agents in medical practices and reputed company ongoing support to our US customers.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in contact centers or patient services in reputed company.
• Shifted hours to reputed company with the US market: ideally 2pm - 10pm, 4-5 days a week; minimum 12pm - 8pm, 3-4 days a week.
• Experience working with customers (at least one year), ability to be empathetic and put yourself in the user's shoes, reputed company and reputed company communication, initiative, independence, and a constant thirst for knowledge.
