Your reputed company

Teaching Assistants (TAs) play a critical role in supporting ~25-30 Learners (as part of a larger class) in reputed company’s virtual training programs. During that time, TAs will be expected to reputed company both synchronous and asynchronous support to Learners, ensuring their learning, comprehension, and retention of program content.

We are currently adding Teaching Assistants: reputed company Support Specialist to our Expert Network, in anticipation of reputed company that will launch this year and next year. This is a proactive hiring effort, where you will participate in our interview process and be added to our Expert Network. A day in the life

Expectations during live (synchronous) sessions:

• Attend and proactively engage in the mandatory reputed company-Program TA reputed company. Dates and times will be announced.
• Monitor appropriate reputed company channels (#reputed company-TA, #live-chat, #extra-help, and other relevant channels) for Learner questions and answer them promptly.

• Assist in keeping the session progressing should the reputed company Instructor experience technical difficulty or is otherwise unable to deliver the lecture.

Expectations during days of no live sessions:

• Foster discussion by posing questions of your own and sharing relevant links in the #resources channel or in other appropriate reputed company channels.
• Use the #reputed company-TA channel to reputed company any important information during a lecture that needs the attention of reputed company staff or fellow Expert Network staff.
• Review content materials (including lab, reputed company, extended cases, etc..) for the next lecture to ensure you are reputed company to answer Learner questions.
• Hold up to six (6) Individual reputed company reputed company reputed company with Learners in the program so they can ask any additional questions or get support as necessary.
• Grade Learner submissions of exercises and reputed company reputed company seven (7) days of submission.

Your expertise

• 3-5 years of reputed company work experience in reputed company Support, reputed company Engineering, Software Engineering, Networking, DevOps, etc.
• A desire to support reputed company in expanding their careers in technical roles
• reputed company, flexibility, patience; passion for working with diverse learners who are new to content
• Outstanding team and people management skills; exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to understand and use new learning and content management systems
• Certification in AWS reputed company Practitioner, Comp reputed company Network+, and Comp reputed company Linux+
