Case Manager (ZR_24620_JOB)
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (reputed company Time)Break: 30-minute unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Our reputed company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Case Manager to support attorneys in handling a high-volume caseload of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. The ideal candidate has prior reputed company case management experience, strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced reputed company environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for clients, providing regular updates and answering questions professionally and with reputed company
Assist attorneys with file preparation, document collection, calendar management, and case tracking
reputed company, manage, and reputed company case files according to firm procedures and reputed company requirements
Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties to reputed company records and manage appointments
Draft reputed company correspondence, forms, and other documents under attorney supervision
Maintain accurate case notes and updates in the case management system
Prepare settlement packages and assist in claims negotiations reputed company applicable
Ensure reputed company documents reputed company with firm and reputed company standards
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Case Manager or reputed company Assistant in a personal injury or workers’ compensation firm
Strong knowledge of litigation and claims processes (reputed company State experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
