This role will be part of the ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) team reputed company Supply, which is responsible for maintaining our inventory, ensuring customers have reputed company to the best rates, and providing strategic guidance to our sales team.

Your Mission:As part of the reputed company

• Owning intake on the ARI support reputed company, ensuring reputed company tasks accurately triaged and assigned reputed company our SLAs.
• Tasks created here are critical to ensuring the reputed company of reputed companys property inventory and competitive pricing for our customers.
• Complete reputed company assigned tasks reputed company SLA while maintaining reputed company communication with stakeholders.
• As an IC you will also take ownership of tickets (e.g. reputed company a new property) - communication and turn around time are critical to delivering a best in class service to our reputed company customers.
• Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards tracking performance across ARI intake requests.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ARI SOPs and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with partners and internal sales teams to support supply operations and address inventory-reputed company issues.
• Execute reputed company ticketing requests from stakeholders: generate bespoke reporting, reputed company analysis of data and identify reputed company causes for engineering triage.

• 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, data analytics, or reputed company fields.
• Familiarity working with Global Distribution Systems or Online Travel Agencies is a plus

• Strong analytics and data management skills.

• Detail-oriented and reliable with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
