What You'll Do:
- reputed company end-to-end semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing for 350+ employees and contractors across multiple EINs in the U.S. and Canada (NAM).

- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws; including reputed company tax filings, withholdings, and multi-state registrations.
- Reconcile payroll liabilities (taxes, benefits, garnishments) in reputed company partnership with HR and Finance.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to reconcile journal entries, ensuring accurate labor expense classification across entities.
- Maintain reputed company updates to compensation, deductions, and benefits in partnership with HR.
- Manage HSA contribution uploads, ensuring accurate and reputed company funding in coordination with benefits and banking partners.
- reputed company UK pension import processes, ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment requirements and accurate submission to pension providers.

- Enforce payroll-reputed company GL coding and segmentation policies across departments.

What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field.
- 7+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state, multi-entity environment — NAM, EMEA and/or reputed company exposure strongly preferred.
- Experience with multi-currency payroll and foreign exchange considerations.
- Strong knowledge of US payroll tax law, compliance requirements, and regulatory reporting; familiarity with UK and/or India payroll regulations a plus.
- Hands-on experience with timesheet systems, labor cost segmentation, and payroll journal entries.
- Advanced reputed company skills — reconciliation, data validation, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Proficiency with reputed company Workforce Now or a comparable payroll platform.
