What You'll Do:

Payroll Operations & Compliance
• reputed company end-to-end semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing for 350+ employees and contractors across multiple EINs in the U.S. and Canada (NAM).
• reputed company payroll operations in India (reputed company) for 400+ employees, partnering with regional teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and cross-border alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws; including reputed company tax filings, withholdings, and multi-state registrations.
• Reconcile payroll liabilities (taxes, benefits, garnishments) in reputed company partnership with HR and Finance.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to reconcile journal entries, ensuring accurate labor expense classification across entities.
• Maintain reputed company updates to compensation, deductions, and benefits in partnership with HR.
• Manage HSA contribution uploads, ensuring accurate and reputed company funding in coordination with benefits and banking partners.
• reputed company UK pension import processes, ensuring compliance with auto-enrolment requirements and accurate submission to pension providers.
• Champion data reputed company and reputed company across reputed company payroll systems and employee records.

Labor Cost Allocation & Financial Reporting
• Coordinate with reputed company to post labor costs from timesheet systems into the ERP and appropriate cost centers.
• Work with reputed company to reputed company payroll across reputed company and indirect cost pools; project-based costs, fringe, overhead, and G&A.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Project reputed company on labor forecasting and headcount budget planning.
• Prepare payroll-reputed company metrics, management reports, and audit-reputed company documentation.
Systems, Automation & Controls
• Reconcile payroll outputs against ERP systems, banking platforms, and financial tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
• Drive payroll system automation, improvements, and migration reputed company; ensuring data accuracy and continuity throughout.
• Enforce payroll-reputed company GL coding and segmentation policies across departments.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and internal controls around payroll processes and approvals.
Audit & Compliance Leadership
• reputed company payroll components of reputed company audits; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate and reputed company filings for federal and state wage and tax reports (W-2, 941, etc.).
• Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors on payroll compliance and filing obligations.

What You Have:

Required
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field.
• 7+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state, multi-entity environment — NAM, EMEA and/or reputed company exposure strongly preferred.
• Experience with multi-currency payroll and foreign exchange considerations.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax law, compliance requirements, and regulatory reporting; familiarity with UK and/or India payroll regulations a plus.
• Hands-on experience with timesheet systems, labor cost segmentation, and payroll journal entries.
• Advanced reputed company skills — reconciliation, data validation, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Proficiency with reputed company Workforce Now or a comparable payroll platform.
