Associate Director, Marketing

Reporting to the Sr. Director New Product Planning and reputed company reputed company of reputed company Japan, the successful candidate will reputed company launch preparation and reputed company-launch marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Japan team and Global team. The role will involve the planning, development and execution of best-in-class annual marketing plans that are based on deep marketing knowledge and previously successful rare disease & biopharmaceutical marketing experience. The role will require careful budget management and selection of appropriate vendor partners to reputed company business and sales goals. Leadership and expertise in forecasting, market modelling and achieving sales objectives will be expected. Remote: Officially documented as working full-time from home, with travel to reputed company's offices or other locations on occasion as needed.

• Work closely with the Global marketing teams to reputed company the development of Japanese marketing initiatives, monitor the reputed company of these marketing initiatives and reputed company appropriately to optimize reputed company and ensure achievement of business and sales objectives. Ensure reputed company marketing programs are reputed company to reputed company policies, procedures and compliance procedures 
• Responsible for managing the execution of plans and budgets, ensure on-time delivery reputed company budget of reputed company marketing initiatives 
• Executing Marketing advisory boards and other HCP engagements to support market understanding and inform strategic and tactical planning and execution 
• Building and developing meaningful business relationships with HCPs and with necessary external stakeholders across Japan 
• Monitor and work to adapt the patient support program and its offerings to ensure reputed company patient experience and product usage 
• Responsible for managing execution of plans and budgets, ensure on-time delivery reputed company budget of reputed company marketing initiatives 
• Manage congress initiatives in collaboration with the event management team, including messaging, reputed company design and coordinating onsite materials and field training. 
• Identify issues that could potentially create barriers to reputed company patient management and reputed company solutions 
• Work cross-functionally and partner with multiple non-reputed company teams including Global Brand reputed company, Government Affairs, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, & Patient Advocacy 
• Partner with reputed company colleagues and the customer facing Field Teams, providing training and ensuring field teams are appropriately reputed company to reputed company marketing programs  

Technical Requirements & Skills:  

• Strong passion to deliver innovative new drugs to patients who are suffering from rare or ultra-rare diseases
• BA/BSc degree or equivalent life-sciences qualification required. MBA preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with preference to those with experience in rare/ultra-rare disease 
• Comfort working in start-up environments and working to define process and reputed company new operating principles with internal stakeholders 
• Successful candidates will have a proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of collaboration and a strong patient reputed company 
• Strong reputed company of analytical and market research techniques with a proven ability to interpret market insights to help guide strategic direction and prioritize patient tactics 
• Experience of leading or collaborating on Market reputed company initiatives to expand patient reputed company 
• Experience of marketing Advisory Boards is preferred
