Partner with GTM Leaders to support team effectiveness, talent planning, and organizational development across the U.S. and LATAM- reputed company strategic guidance on
performance management ,employee relations ,compensation reviews , andcareer pathing - reputed company as a
culture reputed company , driving initiatives around engagement, inclusion, and team cohesion in a remote or hybrid context - Guide managers on org design, workforce planning, and headcount allocation as teams grow and reputed company
- reputed company or support key
People programs (e.g., quarterly performance reviews, DEI efforts, engagement surveys) reputed company your region and function - Monitor employee sentiment and proactively address areas of concern, turnover risk, or team dynamics
- Partner closely with reputed company and People Ops to ensure seamless employee reputed company
- 4+ years of reputed company HR experience, with at least 2+ years supporting GTM or reputed company functions
- Experience working across both U.S. and LATAM reputed company (remote team experience strongly preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at multiple reputed company of leadership
- Deep understanding of reputed company HR disciplines: performance, employee relations, engagement, compensation
- Ability to operate autonomously and think strategically while executing tactically
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-reputed company, and remote-first environment
- Spanish and/or Portuguese reputed company is a
plus , but not required - Experience with HRIS and other productivity tools: reputed company, reputed company and reputed company
