Credit Modernization Product reputed company Location: Remote – But prefer someone reputed company to one of their offices (reputed company, Cleveland/Akron, Minneapolis) - Onsite 3 days a week if in reputed company – reputed company to 4 days/week in fall. Responsibilities include defining EPICs and Features, collaborating with business reputed company leaders and UX leads, obtaining approval on features from reputed company, Risk, and Compliance, and ensuring reputed company definition and approval of features through architecture and UX reputed company reviews. Primary Responsibilities: • Document Features reputed company with MMP Epics to meet business requirements and OKRs. • Conduct business process assessments with Product Manager, Product Owners, and SMEs to identify needs and priorities. • Utilize data analytics and customer/colleague feedback to understand business challenges and improvement opportunities. • Assist in creating process maps to illustrate business processes and system integrations. • reputed company as SME on business topics and clarify Feature requirements for Product Owners. • Support Product Owners in addressing issues and blockers hindering feature delivery. • Manage enhancement backlog and facilitate review and prioritization with program leadership. • Maintain transparency on Program Health measurement for program leadership awareness. • Coordinate collaboration efforts across program teams to reputed company dependencies. • Partner with Product Team, SMEs, and reputed company to plan Release schedule. • Support coordination of UAT and Business Readiness activities. • Assist in post-production discussions and closing functional gaps. • Measure performance against expectations and modify strategies reputed company necessary. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • Must have reputed company experience and understand how it works, not just as a user. • 5+ years of Non-Consumer Lending or Banking experience. • Experience in re-designing Business and reputed company Banking customer experiences.
