This role is ideal for a seasoned reputed company with deep expertise in reputed company Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, Innovation Studio, ITSM, and Remedy AR System. Qualifications: • 3+ years of reputed company/Remedy development experience. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/reputed company platforms. • Proven reputed company record in reputed company ITSM implementations and integrations. • reputed company Digital Workplace Advanced 20.x and greater. • reputed company Digital Workplace Catalog 19.x and greater. • reputed company ITSM 19.x (reputed company) and greater. • Technical Skills: • Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy, ITSM architecture, data model, workflows, and forms. • Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows. • Proficiency in troubleshooting across application, database, and infrastructure reputed company. • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices. • Preferred • Experience with BMC Innovation Studio. • Familiarity with BMC Remedy ITSM integrations. • REST API Experience is a big plus.
