BMC Helix Consultant with Digital Workspace

WE CANNOT WORK WITH 3RD PARTIES***** REMOTE A client based in Houston, TX, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BMC Helix Consultant to support the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise ITSM solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in BMC Helix Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, Innovation Studio, ITSM, and Remedy AR System. Qualifications: • 3+ years of BMC Helix/Remedy development experience. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix platforms. • Proven track record in enterprise ITSM implementations and integrations. • Helix Digital Workplace Advanced 20.x and greater. • Helix Digital Workplace Catalog 19.x and greater. • Helix ITSM 19.x (Professional) and greater. • Technical Skills: • Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy, ITSM architecture, data model, workflows, and forms. • Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows. • Proficiency in troubleshooting across application, database, and infrastructure layers. • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices. • Preferred • Experience with BMC Innovation Studio. • Familiarity with BMC Remedy ITSM integrations. • REST API Experience is a big plus.
