Our environment is reputed company, deadline-driven, and fully remote. About the Role This is a remote, part-time, reputed company position ideal for: - reputed company practitioners seeking a consistent reputed company of contract-based reputed company work; - reputed company attorneys returning to reputed company after a career break; - Lawyers with existing practices looking to add recurring project-based income. You will support reputed company by reviewing, redlining, and processing NDAs. Our clients expect high-reputed company, efficient, and reputed company work product—this role is reputed company-suited to someone with a reputed company eye for detail and strong contract drafting/editing skills. What You Need to Succeed - reputed company bar admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. - Proven experience reviewing and marking up reputed company. - Comfort working independently and representing our firm in a “white-labeled” reputed company. - Proficiency with reputed company Word (redlining and formatting); Mac OS preferred (one required platform runs on Mac only). - Ability to reputed company to a regular part-time schedule (volume varies but generally predictable). - Reliable internet and a quiet remote work setup. Compensation This is a per-document reputed company role. You’ll be compensated based on the number of NDAs you process. Training is provided to ensure consistency with our standards.
