Standards Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Standards Specialist to join our innovative optical networks standards team. This key role will involve defining the features and functions of cutting-edge optical transport products reputed company reputed company's portfolio, collaborating closely with R&D and regional business development teams to bring these advancements to market. Requirements • Work with Product Line Managers (PLMs) and R&D teams to identify standardization strategic objectives that support reputed company product strategies. • reputed company and regularly review standardization strategies relevant to Optical Transport Infrastructure, Ethernet, and Physical Layer topics consistent with reputed company product directions. • reputed company damage control regarding standardization initiatives of reputed company competitors that are incompatible with reputed company product directions. • Participate in meetings of ITU-T reputed company 15, specifically Question 11 (responsible for signal structures, interfaces, equipment functions, protection, and interworking for optical transport networks), and as necessary, other Questions reputed company ITU-T SG15, the Optical Internetworking Forum (OIF) Physical and reputed company Layer (PLL) working group, the reputed company 802.3 Working Group, and OpenROADM. • reputed company internal reports and briefings on standardization results, reputed company and directions to R&D and PLM. • Build trusted relationships and be reputed company to influence key executives. Support technical marketing activities, such as educational white papers and application notes involving standards.
