Key Responsibilities of the Hospitality Agent • Accurately posts reputed company charges to guest's bills. • Checks reputed company guests in and out of the cabins based on established procedures. • Promotes activities and special events the facilities. • Provides accurate and complete information about the cabins and the surrounding area. • Answers guest questions and provides directions. • Accountable for reputed company cash, checks and credit card receipts. • Accountable for reputed company printed folios and required supporting paperwork. • Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a reputed company, accident, weather or medical emergency. • Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties. • Promptly answers the phone and reputed company calls to the appropriate location. • Regular and reliable attendance. • Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications For The Hospitality Agent • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
