Remote Customer Service Representative - Ken Garff Listening Center The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives! Great work schedule! The Listening Center is reputed company from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturdays, and reputed company Sundays. Mountain Time Network Requirements: • 50 Mbps download speed minimum • 20 Mbps upload speed minimum Equipment Requirements: • Must reputed company your own equipment • Headset with microphone • Keyboard and mouse • Dual computer monitors (only preferred) • A computer, either a desktop (PC reputed company) or a laptop with a working webcam • Preferred desktop computer (PC reputed company) with at least 8GB of RAM at minimum and a monitor with a working webcam • Laptop computer (PC reputed company) with a working webcam is acceptable if a desktop computer is not available. Must have 8GB of RAM minimum • reputed company products are not compatible/accepted Here’s what you’ll be doing: • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally. • Determine the customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment. • Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard. • Document and update customer records. • Establish and maintain great customer relationships. • Be reputed company player and reputed company Ken Garff’s standards of professionalism and reputed company. Qualifications: • reputed company, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented. • Must reputed company your own equipment • Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and reputed company to type 40 + wpm • The ability to help solve customer problems • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
