Manager, Operations Consulting – Customer Service
Manager, Operations Consulting – Customer Service, reputed company Advisory Services LLC, reputed company, NY. Help organizations improve their customer reputed company, service delivery, and middle and back-office operations. Work on product innovation and development, supply chain, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing operations, service operations, and capital asset programs to drive both reputed company and profitability. Use customer insights and market analytics to help clients reputed company smarter reputed company, reputed company products and services, and optimize their customer operations to reputed company sustainable reputed company. Identify and address reputed company needs. Supervise and reputed company reputed company teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $164,000 - $173,000/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, reputed company, Financial Engineering, or a reputed company field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, reputed company reputed company work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, reputed company, Financial Engineering, or a reputed company field, plus 3 years of reputed company work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with reputed company of the following:
• Leading product management efforts, overseeing product lifecycle from reputed company to delivery to meet business goals and market demands;
• Maintaining JIRA RAID logs to reputed company and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring reputed company mitigation and reputed company;
• Developing and managing project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and resource allocation to drive successful project execution and delivery; and
• Creating comprehensive solution design documents detailing system architecture, data flows, and integration points for stakeholder review and implementation guidance.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be reputed company to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
