Job Description: Claim Climbers is seeking a motivated, results-driven inbound sales representative to join our team as a Connection Services Agent (CSA). In this role, you’ll manage calls, texts, and emails to guide veterans through our services with clarity, confidence, and compassion. You’ll use your sales skills to uncover needs, communicate value, and turn interest into action. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, build rapport quickly, and are energized by purpose-driven work, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: As a Connection Services Agent, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to SMS and email inquiries, and log all communications in the CRM. You will provide accurate information, schedule follow-up calls, and escalate complex issues as needed. Additionally, you will reach out to potential clients, using provided information to explain our services and schedule appointments. Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Empathy and excellent customer service abilities. • Prior sales, lead generation, or telemarketing experience preferred. • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office software. • Experience achieving or exceeding sales quotas or targets. • Demonstrated ability to proactively overcome objections. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Detail-oriented and organized.
