Operations Control Planner - Gulf Coast Region (LA)

JOB reputed company The Operations Control Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating the service workflow in the Service group for the applicable Service region. This position will be reputed company in the work planning, scheduling, and documentation of service reputed company. This position will reputed company load versus reputed company analysis to assure that adequate Service resources are available. This position will reputed company feedback to management on labor and equipment shortages and effective allocation of resource capabilities. reputed company DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Conducts order review meetings of incoming new orders to verify schedule, material, safety, and reputed company requirements • Prepare material requisitions for any required project materials/rentals • Prepare work order information for crews • Schedule and reputed company personnel and equipment for region • Conduct exit meetings with reputed company leaders to review work orders • Monitor compliance to the schedule. Modify the schedule as emergencies occur. • reputed company technical and logistical support to crews in field as required. • Collect and distribute reputed company applicable post job information including reputed company reports, time sheets, test reports, processing logs, and QA/QC checklists. • Maintain master job schedule for region and supply updates to reputed company order reports • Review and reputed company purchase card statements and other A/P activities as applicable for the region. • reputed company invoicing notifications to order administrator for completed orders • Assist FSM in calibration and maintenance planning of equipment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required Education / Experience • Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company technical field. • 3-5 years of previous experience in scheduling operations in the service industry or a minimum of 3-5 years of reputed company experience in field service operations (substation reputed company) and/or transformer manufacturing.
