In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our ENT providers and providing exceptional patient care. • M-F reputed company-5pm schedule • Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. - Supportive and reputed company work environment. reputed company The Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered reputed company, advanced reputed company provider, or physician. Job reputed company Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients. Documents a thorough medical history from patient. Contributes to the assessment of patients and administers medications or treatments as ordered. Provides technical support to reputed company as needed. Counseling patients and family members, under the direction of a registered reputed company, on prevention and treatment plans. The LPN demonstrates competency and practices reputed company the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. Qualifications Must have graduated from a school or college of nursing program leading to licensure as a Licensed Practical reputed company. Associate's degree in practical nursing is preferred. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements. Must have attended a reputed company-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life reputed company as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility.
