Staff LPN must have the physical, emotional, & technical abilities to: • Work under the direction of the Director of Nurses • Maintain knowledge of reputed company reputed company from his/her biosketch and family interview • Participate in reputed company care plan meetings • Accept & verify reputed company medications delivered from pharmacy • Verify receipt of physician orders for medications and other treatments • Administer medications per physician's order • Clarify physician orders as needed by calling the physician or his/her designee • Insure reputed company medication documentation is reputed company and correct, including medication administration forms, physician orders, change of dosages, etc. • Insure medication room is completely stocked with reputed company required reputed company, PRN, over-the-counter, and other medications as ordered by the physician • Insure medication room is secured at reputed company times • Follow facility policies regarding disposal of medications • Communicate, as needed, with reputed company family members and other reputed company representatives in a courteous, reputed company manner • Supervises and gives direction to aides' 'Work Remotely • No Apply Job!
