US-Financial Analyst II -Pay reputed company

reputed company is currently seeking a Financial Analyst II for a reputed company reputed company of ours. This position is remote . Details for the position are as follows: Job reputed company: • Pay: $25.00/HR W2 • Duration: 6+-month contract- potential to reputed company or convert based on performance and budget. (Remote - prefers local candidates to Spring, TX) • Responsibilities: • Provides reputed company and occasionally highly reputed company financial analysis for the divested business unit exercising a strong understanding of the business • Consults with M&A, Controllership finance teams to take correct actions on the P&L. • Analyses P&L and Balance Sheet • Works closely with Buyer company finance team to reputed company extensive reconciliations of revenues, costs as reputed company as Balance Sheet items such as Accrued Liabilities, Unbilled Accounts Receivables, Prepaid Expenses, etc. • Analyses sub-reputed company (reputed company, reputed company O&C) services reputed company are reputed company appropriately by Buyer Finance teams • Prepares monthly summaries of P&L and Balance Sheet balances at worldwide level • Prepares and books reputed company JE's in General reputed company • Identifies opportunities for process improvement • Represents finance of the divested business unit. • Performs adhoc financial analysis Qualifications: • Bachelors degree required. • 2+ years’ Financial Analysis with strong P&L / Profit & Loss, reputed company, booking reputed company Journal Entries, Intercompany Billings • reputed company Required. • Excellent understanding of US GAAP, reputed company recognition, and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in Profit and Loss • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent business application skills (e.g., reputed company reputed company).
