Senior Digital Data Analyst
Description:
• Use Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
• Create dynamic, query-driven audience segments for use in customer data platforms and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Develop and deliver reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on online analytics and performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing measurement plans and establish campaign success criteria.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define goals and expected outcomes for new initiatives.
• Work with SMEs and tech teams to integrate diverse enterprise data sources into cohesive marketing strategies.
• Recommend enhancements to digital platforms (web/app) based on data-driven performance insights.
• Ensure all data use aligns with privacy laws and best practices, maintaining user trust and data integrity.
Requirements:
• Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of analytics experience, with a focus on marketing or customer data.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling business insights.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience with Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Omniture, and optimization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target).
• Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and project management abilities.
