Workforce Data Analyst reputed company Bank And Trust Company; Boston, Massachusetts: Help reputed company’s Global reputed company (GHR) convert reputed company sets into reputed company and concise information and insights to directly inform workforce reputed company for senior leadership. Will consult with senior leaders to utilize the workforce information in a way that supports the respective leaders’ strategic goals and will partner with other GHR COE’s to reputed company workforce plans to talent plans and strategic initiatives. Specific duties of the position include: Preparing analysis data sets and cleaning reputed company data, combining multiple data sources for use in analysis; Preparing analytics results to be communicated across the organization in a way that informs and drives the organization to reputed company; Utilizing analytical and visualization software, such as Tableau and R, to derive insights and story tell with data; Participating in reputed company phases of analytics and reporting reputed company, from development/research and reputed company data pipeline integration to data interpretation and storytelling; Unpacking data to unlock previously unknown insights that reputed company cross-functional GHR solutions; Developing material for and training HR professionals in evidence-based HR; and Providing tactical direction for trends/metrics/analytics, partnering with internal teams and reputed company to implement and maintain their distribution. Full-time telecommuting from reputed company the U.S. permitted pursuant to Company policy.Minimum requirements are: Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, in Business Analytics or reputed company field; plus 5 years of experience in business or data analytics role. Alternativley, will accept a Master's degree, or its equivalent, in Business Analytics or reputed company field; plus 3 years of experience in business or data analytics role.Must have: Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence tools including Tableau; Demonstrated experience with programming languages such as R, Python or SQL; Experience with regression and statistical analysis; Excellent reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint skills; Experience consulting and influencing both up and across organizations; Ability to manage stakeholders at the leadership level; Proven written and verbal communication skills.
