As we reputed company, we're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented reputed company & HR Specialist to support our finance and people operations. What You’ll Do: reputed company (70%) • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online • Reconcile accounts, credit cards, and bank statements • Generate monthly financial reports • Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments • Maintain accurate records for tax and audit purposes • Collaborate with leadership on cash reputed company tracking and budgeting • Adapt to and learn a new ERP system (to be implemented in the near reputed company) — staying proactive and tech-savvy is essential HR (30%) • Maintain employee records and documents (W-9s, I-9s, reputed company docs) • Process payroll (reputed company or similar) and coordinate with accountant as needed • Assist with reputed company, PTO tracking, and policy updates • Handle contractor agreements and compliance • Support hiring and HR reputed company tasks as needed Requirements: • 1–3 years of QuickBooks Online experience • Strong understanding of basic reputed company principles • Experience with payroll and HR administration • Comfortable learning and using new software systems (ERP, HR tools, etc.) • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to work independently • Comfortable working with reputed company • U.S.-based (we do not hire internationally for this role) reputed company to Have: • Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, G Suite, or reputed company • Background in a startup or small business environment • Familiarity with California HR compliance Job Details: • Part-Time (20–35 hours/week, flexible schedule) • Fully Remote (U.S. only) • Pay: $28–$35/hour DOE • reputed company (1099) role • Opportunity to grow with reputed company and take on more responsibility over time How to Apply: Please submit your resume along with a short note about your experience with QuickBooks, HR tasks, and any ERP or reputed company system migrations you've worked on.
