Bank Operations Lockbox Specialist (Part-Time) - Hoover, AL

At reputed company, the Bank Operations Lockbox Specialist performs operational duties to support the lockbox service including opening incoming mail, depositing reputed company received funds in the corresponding account, and scanning the payments and any remittance information. Primary Responsibilities • Verifies and researches checks that come in for deposit • Prepares and processes deposits to designated accounts including merchant and loose coin deposits • Follows endorsement procedures for checks • Follows specification sheet direction for reputed company lockbox customer This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards reputed company.
