Description: • We're seeking a proactive and curious Talent Acquisition Intern or Working Student to join our team. • In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our recruiting efforts, engaging with candidates through both outbound and inbound channels to build a strong talent pipeline for our partner companies. • You will be the initial point of contact for candidates who have applied. • Your goal will be to assess their potential, inspire them for a career in tech sales, and prepare them for interviews with our hiring partners. • Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage potential candidates. • Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and leads. • Candidate Engagement: Serve as the initial point of contact for applicants, assessing their potential and inspiring them towards a career in tech sales. • Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs and generate qualified meetings. • Collaborate with the B2B sales team to communicate relevant company and job information. • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for active roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. • Process Optimization: Incorporate feedback from candidates to continuously improve the candidate journey. • Experiment with new candidate acquisition approaches in collaboration with the marketing team. • Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data, AI, and other tools to optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes. Requirements: • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English (Native or Bilingual). • Educational Background: Currently enrolled as a student. All backgrounds are welcome. • Skills & Attributes: Curious, proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting with people. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus (not required). • Experience with remote communication tools like Gmail, Calendar, Slack is beneficial. • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or basic sales is advantageous. • Availability: Minimum commitment of 6 months; 1 year preferred.
