We are seeking a Bilingual (French Canadian) Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. This role is 100% work from home. We are seeking an individual committed to work 40 hours a week and available to work shifts from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Mon - Fri, this will include holiday shifts. reputed company reputed company reputed company customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for the following inquiries: • reputed company orders/Ship tracking/ Order research. • reputed company account or certificate balances or account transactions. • Returns/Damage/ Defective claims or lost shipments. • Communicate program rules and program information to customers. • Product/rules clarification. • reputed company customers through basic website technical support. • Problem reputed company through online research. Education/Experience Required: • HS Diploma. • Bilingual - French Canadian. • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience. • reputed company center/customer service experience a plus.
