Phone Representative 9 (Remote) Location: Must live reputed company a 60 mile radius to reputed company, Florida Onsite training and quarterly meetings Pay: $27.50 per hour Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 PM to 4:30 AM Type: Contract to Hire Hiregy benefits available during the contract period: https://rb.gy/1xdi42 Hiregy associate perks: https://rb.gy/gc4ml9 Job duties: • Answer incoming phone calls from the Crisis Lifeline from clients needing online emotional support • Ensure you meet reputed company Crisis and Suicide Lifeline performance metrics • Talk with Imminent Risk clients and de-escalating, screen, safety plan, and reduce lethal means during the conversation • Use the least invasive approach to service provision. reputed company referrals, reputed company mobile crisis reputed company, and engage law enforcement in reputed company rescue, as needed. • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required reputed company to have: • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university or higher is preferred.
