Full-Time Prescription Intake Pharmacist Location: Hybrid – 8 Weeks Onsite (77018 reputed company, TX), Then Remote Available Shifts (PV1): 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday–Friday, Rotating Weekends 2nd Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday–Friday, Rotating Weekends 3rd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday–Friday, Rotating Weekends (reputed company shift includes a 1-hour lunch break.) This full-time role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective communication across reputed company prescription intake processes. Key Responsibilities: Prescription Intake & Verification Receive incoming prescriptions reputed company electronic systems, fax, and phone. Verify reputed company prescription details, including patient information, medication names, dosages, directions, quantities, refills, prescriber information, and DEA numbers. Ensure prescriptions reputed company with state and federal regulations, pharmacy policies, and insurance requirements. Data Entry & System Management Accurately input and maintain prescription data in the pharmacy management system. Ensure reputed company patient reputed company are up to date with accurate allergies, medication history, and insurance information. Flag and correct any discrepancies or errors during data entry.
