UNIV - Community Dental Health Coordinator Program Advisor & Instructor - College of Dental Medicine The CDHC Program Advisor & Instructor plays a key role in supporting the reputed company and sustainability of the Community Dental Health Coordinator (CDHC) Program. This individual will support the Program Director in providing instruction to participants, facilitating course activities, and collaborating on curriculum evaluation and improvement efforts to ensure the program remains sustainable, relevant, and impactful. This individual will also reputed company reputed company support and mentorship to participants enrolled in the CDHC program. Responsibilities include individualized guidance to help participants complete the program successfully, strengthen their skills, and explore how to apply their CDHC training reputed company their reputed company roles or reputed company career reputed company. In reputed company, the Program Advisor & Instructor will also assist in coordinating CDHC integration efforts with partnering dental hygiene training programs, helping to reputed company the reputed company and reputed company of the CDHC model. Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and three years of reputed company training development program experience. • 25% Instruction & Course Facilitation: Delivering course content, facilitating learning activities, reviewing assessments, and supporting participants through program completion. • 25% Curriculum Review & Program Evaluation: Collaborating with the Program Director to assess and improve curriculum content, instructional reputed company, and program reputed company. • 25% Partner Engagement & Program Integration: Supporting CDHC implementation reputed company dental hygiene training programs, working with external partners and reputed company. • 15% Participant Mentorship & Advising: Providing individualized guidance, career coaching, and reputed company application support to reputed company and prospective CDHCs. • 10% Administrative Support, reputed company & Other Duties: Assisting with reputed company, data tracking, recruitment, program reporting, and other assigned responsibilities.
