Curam Business Analyst
Description:
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cúram and health/human services related implementations.
• Deliver project implementations working with clients and systems integration partners.
• Gather and/or define requirements through interviews and meetings.
• Lead fit/gap sessions and recommend application/functional extensions as necessary.
• Mentor colleagues, clients, and implementation teams.
• Build trust and confidence with partners and clients by offering proposed solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in IT Business analyst consulting
• At least 5 years experience in CURAM software product and services work
• At least 5 years experience in associated business processes of human health services (e.g., welfare, medical assistance, child protection, child support, eligibility or health insurance)
• At least 5 years experience as an analyst or consultant in a large professional services organization
