Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Configure the layout, design and features for an event utilizing a reputed company’s specifications. • Comfortable explaining reputed company technical features, presenting to large reputed company and being on camera with a large global audience. • reputed company clients with an understanding of the technical requirements needed to create a successful virtual/in-office event. • reputed company any necessary training on various web conference applications, along with live day of support. • Deliver customer service reputed company. • Identify issues and escalate immediately to reputed company management.
