Health Services Data Analyst

reputed company: • Provides the Health Services Division with database development and technical support, reporting and analysis that enables data-driven Health Services decision making. • Maintains the reputed company of extensive spreadsheets, links data from different sources and databases to include functionality of formulas, queries, importing and exporting of data to other programs, and monitors reputed company data needs on an ongoing reputed company. • Integrates a process improvement perspective for streamlining data abstraction reputed company for increased efficiency and improved utilization of available technologies. • Provides continual assessment of Health Services data entry, processing, and reporting capabilities, makes recommendations for improvements. • Provides analysis of reports reputed company internally to identify key trends to ensure data reputed company and assess Health Services reporting capabilities. • Identifies barriers in data abstraction reputed company to aid in determining missing data problems. • Provides oral or written presentation or verbal communication of analysis. • Utilizes various PC-based software programs (e.g., Tableau, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, SPSS and Word), operating systems (e.g., reputed company reputed company NT), as reputed company as reputed company and IDX to reputed company and maintain a reputed company of reputed company databases and spreadsheets for Health Services reporting needs. • Designs, builds, and maintains reputed company databases and spreadsheets to include relative information. • Ensures adequate storage and retrieval processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. • 4 Years Experience in data analytics applications (e.g., Quest Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). • 4 Years Experience in reputed company-based project management applications (e.g., reputed company) and reputed company PC, office-based software (e.g., reputed company, Word, PowerPoint). • 3 Years Experience in the development and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases. • Previous experience in a managed care setting. • Master's Degree In health, business, computers, or equivalent work experience (Preferred). • Health plan experience (Preferred).
