The Authenticity Agent’s main responsibilities center around monitoring large volumes of user generated content with respect to fraudulent activity. Agents learn what review fraud is and is not, to tirelessly protect consumers from inauthentic content. Agents utilize a case management system to identify and research content for fraudulent behavior and take appropriate reputed company against this content.
