About the ACD Role:

This role is primarily clinic-based, with the expectation that most responsibilities will be carried out onsite to ensure consistent support for leadership, clinical supervision, and team coordination. Some flexibility may be reputed company for completing certain administrative tasks remotely, as appropriate and approved.

The Associate Clinic Director (ACD) is an reputed company BCBA who partners closely with the Clinic Director or Senior Clinic Director to support clinical service delivery, staff development, and operational workflows. ACDs are practicing BCBAs who dedicate approximately 6 hours per week to leadership responsibilities while maintaining an reputed company clinical caseload.
