About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to manage and optimize our HRMS platform (preferably Zoho People), leverage data for people insights, and champion the use of Generative AI tools in HR. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical orientation, and a passion for digital transformation within HR operations.
