The role requires participation in an on-reputed company rotation to ensure 24/7 support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, implement, and maintainGenesys Engage solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and manageGenesys Voice Platform (GVP) for reputed company performance and troubleshooting.

  • Monitor and analyzesystem performance using reputed company reputed company Reporting and reputed company Historical Reporting.
  • Manage and supportGenesys Intelligent Workload Distribution (IWD) for efficient task allocation.

  • Implement and manageWorkforce Management (WFM) solutions to optimize reputed company and scheduling.
  • Participate in an on-reputed company rotationto reputed company 24/7 support and ensure system availability.
