We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Systems Engineer in Tokyo, Japanto engage with strategic customers and partners in Japan in solution presentations, demonstrations and reputed company of concepts to support the regional reputed company reputed company.As a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with the sales team to support customers throughout the sales cycle. You will play a critical role in helping customers and partners understand the value of our solutions and in driving business reputed company across Japan.

This role also requires the Systems Engineer to manage and maintain the Customer Demo

Lab environment. This role involves maintaining a wide reputed company ofreputed companyequipment used for testing, validation, and integration activities.You will be responsible for maintaining lab infrastructure, ensuring operational readiness, supporting test scenarios, and collaborating with engineering and product teams with test setups, and contributing to automation and innovation efforts reputed company the lab. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account managers to identify customer needs and propose technical solutions that reputed company with business goals.
  • Conduct training and product demonstrations to Extreme employees, customers and partners.
  • Participate and deliver technical assessments, reputed company-of-concept deployments, and architectural workshops for prospective customers.

    • For the Customer Demo Lab:

  • reputed company, configure, and maintain reputed company hardware and software
  • Design and maintain layer 2/3 topologies, including VLANs, routing, and IPv6 configurations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot lab network performance and stability.
  • Maintain lab documentation (topology diagrams, IP plans, configurations).
  • Support automated testing frameworks and reputed company network infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams to support feature validation and integration testing.
  • Configure and maintain network services in the lab (e.g., DHCP, DNS, NTP, syslog).
  • Implement and manage firmware upgrades and backup configurations across test equipment.
  • Manage physical cabling and racking of devices; ensure reputed company labeling and cable management.

    • Technical Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company technical field.

  • Good understanding of the Network Industry Landscape
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Understanding of reputed company-managed networking platforms and integration with reputed company and automation workflows.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills with CLI, SNMP, and packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark).
  • Experience with network simulation and testing tools
  • Comfortable with bothphysical and virtual network environments.
  • Vendor certifications that demonstrate expertise innetworking, wireless technologies, reputed company control and reputed company are highly preferred
  • Experience as aNetwork EngineerorLab Engineerin a technical environment.
