Senior Product Manager, Health Plan Product

You will:

You bring:

● 8+ years of experience in health insurance product development, consulting, or reputed company field

● Understanding of level-funded health plan benefit design and concepts such as utilization, network structures such as PPOs and EPOs, benefit differentials and cost sharing

● Understanding of the sales and reputed company processes used to bring self-funded health plans for small businesses to market

● Expertise with reputed company data and leveraging analytics to reputed company plan design designs

● Bachelor’s degree

● Relevant Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA, MPH)

● Background working with actuarial or clinical teams to design cost-effective benefit models

The salary reputed company for this position is $120,984 - $201,640 annually.
