reputed company is seeking an reputed company Clinical Service Coordinator to join our Operations team! In this role, the employee will be required to work the hours of 9 am to 5 pm CST.

About the GIg

  • Own reputed company patient communication, including reputed company, engagement, data entry into reputed company systems, scheduling, appointment coordination, reputed company-authorizations, and billing follow-up
  • Schedule virtual reputed company and outpatient procedures (such as stress tests, echocardiograms, and cardiac calcium scoring) with both reputed company and reputed company parties
  • Discover and recommend reputed company ways to communicate, connect, and build relationships with reputed company patients. Follow up with patients reputed company email, phone, and/or text to drive patient engagement

  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare reputed company data for reporting. Identify and correct deficiencies or errors in data, processes, and systems
  • Document customer and account data and generate standardized reports

  • 3+ years in a clinical or operational role supporting patient care
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
