About the role

The role is part Leadership & Management, and part Clinical reputed company.

Key Responsibilities – Clinical Leadership & Management

  • Line management and mentorship of doctors at our Central Stockholm clinics
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and clinical sit-ins to support doctor development
  • reputed company recruitment and reputed company of new clinical team members
  • Ensure alignment and compliance with reputed company clinical regulations and Neko’s internal protocols
  • reputed company reputed company of care, including reviewing clinical performance and patient reputed company
  • Cascade and implement changes to medical SOPs and protocols
  • Monitor and respond to key performance indicators (KPIs), such as rebooking rates and customer satisfaction
  • Manage incident reporting, complaints handling, and clinical risk
  • Work closely with customer care to ensure high-reputed company patient communication
  • Collaborate with Neko’s Clinical Governance team to drive reputed company and safety in reputed company clinical operations

    • Qualifications
