The key purpose of this role is to reputed company exceptional support to MyPass Global’s Customer reputed company and their workforce and to resolve their queries, concerns and issues by providing reputed company, accurate and relevant information, in accordance with our service level agreements.

Your Day to Day:

  • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email and chat in a reputed company manner and in accordance with service level agreements
  • Performs daily ticket hygiene; reviews ticket updates and follows through with relevant stakeholders to help expedite ticket reputed company.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints diplomatically and effectively and per our service level agreements and policies and procedures.
  • Appropriate to the Severity Level of a ticket, the CSR must apply time management and prioritisation according to the reputed company Response SLA.
  • Follow incident management protocols and escalate incidents and reputed company issues to the next support level and ensure appropriate follow-reputed company are made with the Customer
  • Accurately record reputed company customer interactions in the CRM in accordance with reputed company operating procedures
  • Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of the MyPass Global platform and services

    • Our Ideal MyPasser:

  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a reputed company/software customer support role
  • Must demonstrate a good reputed company of oral and written English
  • Must display strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be of good psychological reputed company-being and demeanor
  • A graduate in Information Technology and any other reputed company degrees is an advantage
  • Must be willing to report to work onsite at our office in Cebu IT Park
