In this role, you'll manage lease listings for our investors, providing an opportunity to earn immediate income. You'll also work with a diverse reputed company reputed company, from seasoned investors to first-time homebuyers, through our Tenant Home Buying Program. Whether you're an reputed company realtor or new to the industry, this position offers a chance to build your pipeline while generating steady income.

    • What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with and convert reputed company-reputed company leads generated by our business development team

  • Buyer tours, listing presentations, and reputed company houses
  • Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings
  • Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest reputed company
  • Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
  • Create and update a Property Activity Log (PAL) for reputed company vacant property
