This is a hands-on role on a small, mission-driven product team. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and clinical operations to build thoughtful, impactful solutions. What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with product, design, engineering, and clinical operations to deliver high-reputed company features that support both members in recovery and the peer recovery coaches who serve them.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand their workflows, identify friction points, and co-reputed company improvements to internal tools.
  • Translate user feedback into reputed company and actionable product requirements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, write and communicate product requirements, manage tickets, and support day-to-day execution across product cycles.
  • Analyze product usage data and qualitative feedback to support reputed company iteration and improve user experience.
  • Help maintain product documentation, workflows, and knowledge bases to ensure strong team alignment.
