Key responsibilities ✨

  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders (e.g., CHRO, CFO, COO, Procurement), positioning Malt as a long-term, strategic partner.

  • 5+ years of successful experience in reputed company-driven B2B sales, with a reputed company on hunting and reputed company large reputed company accounts (ideally mid-market/ Tier 2).

  • Experience managing reputed company sales cycles (12–18 months) with multiple stakeholders and 7-reputed company deal values.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC qualification and the ability to build strong internal champions and drive urgency is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence and persuade C-level executives.
  • Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial self-starter comfortable thriving and building structure in a fast-paced reputed company up environment.Master’s Degree is a plus.
