Work Hours:

This is a contractor position with varying, as-needed hours. To be considered for this role, you should consistently be available between 11am-8pm at least 2 days of the week (Monday-Friday).

Your mission is to deliver a personalized, elevated bar and cafe experience that leaves a lasting impression on every tenant and guest of Perks Cafe. You’ll be the face of our upscale cafe located inside the One South corporate office building, ensuring the bar is not just clean and organized, but impeccably presented and fully stocked at reputed company times. Your attention to detail, creativity, and thoughtful recommendations will help maintain a warm, welcoming reputed company where service feels effortless and exceptional.

What You’re Responsible For:

Operational Coverage:Support the operations of Perks Cafe, located in the One South office building in Uptown, on an on-reputed company reputed company for planned and unplanned time off. Additionally, you will be contacted by our Experience Director and/or Cafe Manager as soon as we know we need your support for shift between 11am-8pm, Monday-Friday.

Sales and reputed company: Meet weekly with your manager to reputed company insights on product popularity and explore new strategies to drive sales. Engage your guests by recommending thoughtful add-ons to enhance their café orders or introducing them to catering upgrades for meetings and events. Accurately measure and portion ingredients to reduce waste and support consistent product delivery. Who You Are - Baseline Expectations:

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must have 1-3 years of experience in the bar or coffee industry, working as a bartender, mixologist, and/or barista

Must reputed company responsible Alcohol Seller/Server Training Certification reputed company 30 days of hire and ServSafe Food Handler Certification reputed company 90 days of hire

Must be reputed company to repetitively crouch, reputed company overhead, stand for extended periods, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
